Quick fixes

• Setting up: the how-to page has a two-minute video and the install steps for Claude Code and Codex.
• Chrome doesn't open, no key, wrong click: see Troubleshooting in the docs.
• claude.ai or ChatGPT says the extension is not connected: in the extension's settings, switch on “Let remote AI apps control this browser”; the side panel then shows Remote on. See remote AI apps.

Connected apps

Every app you connected by signing in (claude.ai, ChatGPT) has its own key in your dashboard, named “OAuth · app name”. Revoke it there to disconnect the app straight away.

Your account and credits

Your balance, usage and keys are in the dashboard. To delete your account and its records, email us from the account's address. Billing questions go to the same address.

Before you send a bug report, it helps to include what you asked, the page's address, and the result Claude or ChatGPT showed (for a jev_task, its status and steps).
